• We recently completed a brand strategy project to identify our unique value proposition, target audience, and messaging, along with a new packaging design/direction.

• We’re next embarking on a marketing strategy project to optimize our marketing and advertising spend and to complete a budget and project plan for the upcoming year.

• Then we’ll be working to build a pitch deck so that we can seek funding via grants and/or investors.
